REGULATIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE CUTZILLA valid from February 1, 2026

DEFINITIONS

For transparency and proper interpretation of the Regulations, the following definitions are adopted:

  1. Seller / Administrator / Store Operator – SQUADRIVE Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością [Limited Liability Company] with its registered office in Warsaw (02-867), ul. Baletowa 30C, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000588996, having a share capital of PLN 75,000, NIP [Tax ID]: 8792681148, e-mail address: info@cutzilla.eu , tel.: +48 796 550 000.
  2. Store – the online store available at www.cutzilla.eu enabling familiarization with the product offer, placing orders, and concluding sales agreements.
  3. Customer – a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit possessing legal capacity, making purchases in the Store.
  4. Consumer – a natural person making purchases not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  5. Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – an entrepreneur using consumer protection in accordance with the Act, acquiring Goods in a manner not directly related to their conducted business activity.
  6. Goods – products offered in the Store, in particular knifes, blades, spare blades, and assembly accessories.
  7. Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded via the Store between the Seller and the Customer, regulated by these Regulations.
  8. Business Days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Regulations specify the rules for using the Store, purchase procedures, rights and obligations of the parties, personal data protection rules, complaint rules, and withdrawal from the agreement. Using the functionality of the Store implies acceptance of the Regulations.

  1. The Store conducts mail-order sales only. It does not conduct stationary sales unless such information results from a Seller's announcement.
  2. The offer presented on the website constitutes an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to introduce changes to the offer, prices, availability of Goods, appearance, and description of Goods, without affecting orders already placed.

RULES FOR PLACING AND FULFILLING ORDERS

  1. The Customer places an order by:
    • selecting the Goods,
    • providing data necessary for delivery,
    • choosing the payment method,
    • accepting the Regulations.
  2. The condition for order fulfillment is the correct completion of the form.
  3. Orders are placed 24/7; fulfillment takes place on Business Days.
  4. The standard shipping time is up to 2 business days after the payment is credited, unless the description of the Goods states otherwise.
  5. In the event of a lack of Goods, the Customer is informed about possible solutions:
    • waiting for availability,
    • exchanging the product,
    • canceling the order and refunding funds.
  6. Product photos may differ from the actual appearance due to screen parameters. This does not constitute a basis for a complaint.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

  1. All prices presented in the Store are expressed in Polish Zloty and include VAT.
  2. Available payment methods:
    • Shopify Payments
    • PayPal
    • Bank transfer

  1. When paying by bank transfer, the Customer has 3 business days to make the payment. After this time, the order expires.
  2. The Seller may offer promotions, discounts, or a partner program — conditions are determined in separate documents.

DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF GOODS

  1. Goods are sent to the address indicated by the Customer.
  2. Deliveries are carried out by courier companies cooperating with the Store.
  3. The Customer is obliged to verify the shipment upon receipt. In the event of damage, a damage protocol must be drawn up in the presence of the courier.
  4. The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from force majeure or carrier negligence.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT – RETURNS

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the Goods without giving any reason.
  2. Returns are possible only in the case of Goods that are unused, undamaged, complete, and in the original packaging.
  3. PRODUCT EXCLUDED FROM RETURN In accordance with Art. 38 point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act: films cut by the meter (cut from a roll according to the Customer's specification) are NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN or withdrawal from the agreement. This is a product made to individual order, without the possibility of resale.
  4. Refund of funds occurs in the same form of payment, within 14 days of accepting the Goods.

COMPLAINTS

  1. Complaints should be reported to the address: info@cutzilla.eu
  2. The complaint should contain:
    • name and surname or company details,
    • order number,
    • description of the non-conformity,
    • photographic documentation,
    • completed complaint form.
  3. Complaints are considered within 14 days.
  4. The following are not considered defects:
    • color differences resulting from monitor settings,
    • installation errors,
    • mechanical damage occurring after installation.
  5. In the case of accepting a complaint, statutory procedures apply — exchange, repair, refund.

VIII. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR) Full process compliant with:

  • GDPR 2016/679,
  • Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, contains: the right to access, rectification, deletion, data portability, objection, restriction of processing. Administrator: SQUADRIVE sp. z o.o.

TECHNICAL BREAKS AND SECURITY

The Store may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance work. The Seller takes actions to minimize interruptions.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Regulations are subject to Polish law.
  2. In matters not covered, the provisions of the Civil Code and special acts apply.
  3. Publication of the Regulations invalidates previous versions.
